Wow!!! Looking beautiful! That deep dark red colour, I can’t say I’ve ever seen a variety like that here, yes we get a dark red pod which then turns fiery orange and yellow, but this appears different! Seed swap potential!!

AFAIK these are a Trinitario hybrid. They start out this wicked deep purple/maroon color that eventually shifts towards orange or brownish-red as they ripen. Deep purple seed color. They are well liked in this area due to disease resistance and strong cacao flavor.
