Vaultwarden, cos self-hosted Bitwarden

Bitwarden UX is great and you can host your own server for it.

Bitwarden if you are a normal person ;)

Vaultwarden if your sysadmin nerd who knows what they're doing and setup UPS/VPS and backups ect

Keepass if you only want it on one device or like pain (sync issues between devices)

Using keepassXC for years across multiple devices and absolute happy with it.

Using nextcloud to sync across devices. There are plugins for browsers and an android app that works well.

My currently favored setup is KeePassXC on desktop, KeePassDX on mobile, and sync the vault with Syncthing. This is offline but still syncs p2p, works like a charm. But I've also used hosted Bitwarden and Vaultwarden, they're also great. Can't go wrong with either option really.
