My first priority is to not be fat. I'm getting there.
Second priority is gut health. That will be addressed after I reach my first goal.
Third priority is to be able to eat anything (that isn't laced with aborted fetus cells, sugar, and seed oils). I know I'm not always going to be able to get good beef, so, I'll need to be able to eat anything without it being horrible for me.
I'm pretty much certain to have a heart attack or cancer one of these days.

I haven't confirmed that yet, but... There's a pretty good bit of anecdotal evidence.
Everything processed. Possibly even going into animal feed, so... Unless you're growing your own or you buy from those that aren't buying stuff from the feed lot, you're pretty boned.
