Student visas absolutely come with restrictions, this is false.

Yes there are restrictions. But student visa holders rights to free speech and due process aren’t among those restrictions.

Can a student visa holder provide material support to a designated terrorist organization? Not under current US law. But they have the right to legal due process.

If you believe in freedom and are concerned about a government taking away your freedom then you should be concerned about other people’s freedom as well. Especially if happens without any way to appeal to the legal system. These students deserve the right to defend themselves before the law.

Because the courts have ruled student visa holders don’t have the right to bear arms but they do have the right to due process and freedom of speech.

And the courts are how we enforce and protect the constitution.

Their speech isn’t being shot down, they will just have to do it where they came from. Don’t agree in this instance, but unless you’re a citizen, your stay here is conditional and can be revoked at any time

I am not concerned about lack of freedom of speech of non citizens.

We cannot have a nation if we allow non citizens to come in, protest, and try to destroy the country that they aren't citizens or a part of.

Just as I don't have this right in other places, they shouldn't here.

The supreme court is wrong about rights of non citizens for a hundred years now.

Would love to see a constitutional amendment calling this out we also need to go back to land owners being the only ones able to vote. Let's do that one while we are at it.

Your assumption that the non US citizens always have the constitutional rights as citizens is mistaken. For example, someone on a travel visa can’t go and buy a gun and exercise the right to keep and bear arms. They also can’t vote.

They do enjoy First Amendment rights, so they won’t be jailed for speaking against the government. But if you’re not a citizen or a permanent resident, you’re a guest, and the host (US Government) can revoke your invitation (visa) and ask you to leave.

I personally don’t agree with Trump deporting people that speak up against Israel, but legally he might be within his right as President to do this.

Also apply to permanent residents even tho that status grants more perks than a visa would. Basically, unless you’re a citizen, the government can ask you to leave whenever they want.
