Because the courts have ruled student visa holders don’t have the right to bear arms but they do have the right to due process and freedom of speech.
And the courts are how we enforce and protect the constitution.
so I guess you're saying these protections are as strong as the paper they were printed on
Their speech isn’t being shot down, they will just have to do it where they came from. Don’t agree in this instance, but unless you’re a citizen, your stay here is conditional and can be revoked at any time
Because of bad court rulings over the decades. Mostly the last 100 years.
