Full Body Workout:

15 reps x 3 sets

Hip abduction LB 100 LBS

hip abduction LF 100 lbs

Hip adduction 50 lbs

Back extensions with 25 lb plate

12 reps x 2 sets

Side laterals 8 lbs

Clean & press 15 lbs

Bicep curls 30 lbs barbell

Upright rows 30 lbs barbell

Skull crushers 30 lbs barbell

Chest press 30 lbs

15 reps x 3 sets:

Abdominal crunch machine 100 lbs

Leg press 440 lbs

10 min treadmill

Previous to the gym:

30 minute treadmill @ 2.5 mph @ 10% incline burning 285 calories

I wonder why. Not sure what the reason is.

Thank you! I made it the full 72 with 3 solid gym workouts and cardio at home and an hour of skating too with some core exercises thrown in.

I still don’t see yours with the tag, I’m not a primal user.

How bizarre. Thanks for noticing. Maybe there’s a simple solution. I wonder if relays have anything to do it with. Maybe we should be adding a relay?

Perhaps that’s it! Maybe we don’t have a relay in common? I’m pretty illiterate when it comes to sort of thing though.

I’m not an expert by any means but wonder if that could be why.
