I see this as a favoritism to Black Rock, in an attempt to exclude others and give them an edge.
Against the name, and in addition to being favoritism to Black Rock, I see this cash creation requirement as a small attempt to 1)remove cash from the economy and 2) fight inflation. Curious what other think?
