What relay do you run?

If I can configure a relay to pull all content for my followed npubs and push all my notes etc to my chosen set of relays I would definitely run one. I could then configure my clients to only talk to my relay if I wanted to.

I started with nostream and got to a point but it didn't quite do everything I want it to.
