Same. Started reading the book, and immediately threw away my running shoes. Now I am always barefoot. Summer and winter. Hot or cold. Snow or rain. Wife and kids think I am crazy, but also think it's kind of cool.
Only time I wear shoes is when I am wearing a suit for work, which I do only to make the sales guys look cheap 😛
