I definitely felt guilty

walk run sprint .. if itโ€™s been a while. Recovery takes longer after 30 ๐Ÿ˜Ž

I did very little cardio growing up, most was anaerobic exercise, so the lungs should be good. My heart and legs might be the laggards. Thanks for the safety tip

I think a little goes a long way and walking is great by itself
