I did very little cardio growing up, most was anaerobic exercise, so the lungs should be good. My heart and legs might be the laggards. Thanks for the safety tip

Indoor cycling. I do either TABATA (2 to 1 effort to recovery) or intervals (1 to 1). Max speed and trying as much resistance I can (while maintaining the speed)

For tabata either 20 on 10 off or 30 on 15 off. For intervals itโ€™s usually 15 on 15 off. Sometimes 30 on 30 off (but I prefer the ones with shorter rest)
