I never got mine to sync. I ended up using an older laptop. Worked like a charm.
Oh, I have multiple nodes. I had this Pi laying around, and wanted to sell it with a full node sync on PM, the Nostr marketplace for a few sats.
Using a HDD or SSD or nvme hat?
Old school HDD.

Upgrade that to an nvme hat and you'll get way faster download/write than what you are experiencing now.
Nodes are notoriously slow on HDDs, given they need to verify the block as it downloads and saves.
yup. i'm using the M.2 hat and syncing takes a couple of days IIRC

There are several problems with this, but one of them is the Raspberry Pi.

How about connecting a working LN-address or contacting nostr:nprofile1qqs9xtvrphl7p8qnua0gk9zusft33lqjkqqr7cwkr6g8wusu0lle8jcprpmhxue69uhhqun9d45h2mfwwpexjmtpdshxuet5qyvhwumn8ghj7mn0wd68ycmgv43kktndv5hhyetvv9usf8x8ph support, to enable plebs to zap you freedom money?
Started syncing on 9/8 and am ~69 hours into it.
Took about 36 hours to get to 50% synced.
Another 24 hours got me to the 70% mark.
In the last 9 hours I've only made about 2.5% progress.
It's slowing down as it catches up to present.
At first it appeared as if the sync would complete by Friday but now I'm thinking maybe Monday and that's probably still ambitious as an estimate given that you're on Day 9 and Monday would be Day 7 for me.
