No algorithm whatsoever 👍 some clients like primal are experimenting with algos but mosy clients its just a pure chronological feed.

Paid relays. You’ll want to get a few of them and then turn off the standard relays when reading your global feed so you don’t see everything.

Kind of. You can make lists on listr.lol ive been slowly sorting my follows into things like devs, memes, food, art, etc....
And the list should show up as an option in your client kind of like a twitter list.
