iPhone mirroring šŸ˜‚

Still not available in Europe šŸ˜’

Really?

I’m suddenly glad the English Channel exists šŸ˜‚

lol yes, and it’s so frustrating. It was the feature I was wanting for. I also want the iPhone notifications to be synced on Mac. Nothing…no-thing…

I turn off Mac notifications. I don't want to be disturbed when on on my Mac.

Why not?

I don't know...they say is something to do with privacy. What privacy? Android was doing that 2 years ago. It uses the home wifi but yeah...

if it's an attempt to get "nobody use desktop apps" answer then you got it wrong.

> "nobody use desktop apps"

is a borderline regarded take.

There is a group of desktop power users that clearly find value in the performance of desktop apps.

The open ended question I asked seeks to uncover which apps provide value today to nostriches.

it was about nostr? ok. haven't crossed my mind

either way 95+% of applications I use is a desktop app.

Which one(s) would most benefit from a nostr integration?

Why?

browser.

if we can somehow get rid od IANA and DNS

> browser

What jobs does a nostr browser integration get done for you?

things not stored on a server/web/ip but published. everyone can share and everyone can render as they like.

this idea is not new. It's ipfs, bittorrent and other tech all over again.

if we can't get rid of IP protocol it's still censorsble and centralized
