What exactly do you mean? Where would you find that group of npubs?
Currently I got many npubs on X that I want also to follow. But it is a little pain to c&p them.
iirc it only works if your twitter friends used nostr.directory to post their npub.
I'm not sure though.

Maybe this helps:
if you login with your nsec or let Browser extension like Alby or nos2x inject your nsec, you can do to another users profile and click "Allen folgen" in this profiles "Folgt" tab.
Them your npub will follow all npubs that this profile is following.
