Depends on the inner. I like it a tiny bit raw in the middle but still flakey.

possible war crime here, you should see the white fatty coming out, but here its all become black.. too damn far! 😅😂

Jerky is still tasty though. I would still eat it.

Looks so good. We glaze ours with honey and pepper flakes. Sweet with a little heat all balances that rich yummy fish.
