there are multiple factors to indicate that you're ovulating. the main ones are:

drop in your basal temperature

change in the consistency of your cervical mucus

it is important to track this daily over time to be able to see the pattern and identify when you're ovulating.

at home test kits can be inaccurate for some people

Fuck yeah. I’m nervous because women with endometriosis have a wicked hard time conceiving. Hoping it just happens, but I’m not gonna expect that

I believe there's a section about endometriosis in the book but I can't fully recall since it wasn't applicable to me.
