Looks delicious. I would like to caution you against using teflon pans because the chemicals used to make them are toxic. It's a little extra work, but I use stainless, cast iron, or carbon steel instead 🙂

Bought some halloumi on Monday, already got the bacon out the freezer! Excellent!
Streaky bacon works best, but a bit of the big stuff will do in a pinch 😉
