It was a testing day once again. We need more open source software / firmware for this shit. I want to determine my wattage on my flexible electricity tariff Which goes negative more and more often so I get paid to consume electricity. Does anyone have any advice? Running home assistant with plugs that I can switch on and off based on tariff. Would love to see some open source work on wattage setting on either Vnish or Braiins based on tariff input. Mining output would be constantly optimal. Understand Lincoin Rails is building this, but are there example implementations we can use? Would love to test and improve. This would ensure no excess electricity is wasted. Currently we shut down solar and wind in the Netherlands to curtail. Let’s reduce that waste by load balancing with old miners.

#[1] doesn’t upload the videos, it gives an error. Even when I clip them small. Attached the videos on Twitter. https://twitter.com/bdgbertdegroot/status/1661115546799054848
Good sir,
Nostr.build disabled videos today. my guess that they are your image hosting choice in app, check it in settings. Damas just uses other hosts on the backend
Damus uses Nostr.build under the hood and there was a recent spike in data to his service so there are more restrictions in pkace. We should probably update the UI to let you know better. FYI #[4] #[5]
Yes - does upgrading to a paid plan fix this #[4] ?
Under settings -> appearance there is also another image hosting provider you could try if nostr.build is not working for you #[3]
Yes saw that, trying with this post. Ok, can’t select movies on the nostrimg setting.
Video uploads will work beginning of the month, next week..
Yes, no max on videos on the paid plan, but you have to do it through your web account page, copy and paste the link.
** I will absolutely turn videos back on beginning of the month….
Wish I could do the paid plans easily in Nostr, have the zaps integrated anyway.
Maybe we should see if paid users could authenticate and get a token they pass through the API in the App?
Is paid auth API possible on your end #[4] ?
Sure, but just not there yet. We would have to design and build it into the apps..
I want to get my infrastructure correct before I start charging everywhere, get costs down there first. I like the idea of account integration better, but don’t want people to have to do either. Always want a free option, I just need to build infrastructure better and scale better. Getting there.
