My rules:
- always use an egg-heavy bread
- always use a small amount of citrus juice
- always use a small amount of vanilla
- always use heavy cream
- always let the egg sit with a small amount of salt after blending
- always use salted butter in a well-seasoned cast-iron pan over low heat
- always use real maple syrup and salted butter
- always do NOT use cinnamon
