How do you divide your time to use all the platforms you want to use AND get work done? AND go to the gym? AND sleep 8 hours? AND cook your meals? AND be a human?

sleep is transitory

You just pick one for each day of the week. Gym Monday, sleep Tuesday, Nostr Wednesday, etc.

My entire day is dedicated to the global economic collapse. BTC, Gym, diet, defense, first aid, community.

Meal prep.

Deleted all social media.

Cancelled all of my subscriptions. (Except maybe one)

I don't. I'm not that social. I use nostr and telegram (for news from outside the US), so I'm not really bombarded with tons of stuff. I try to get at least 6.5-7 hours. I work 10-12 hours a day. I intermittent fast so I don't worry about breakfast. I have simple lunches that are either leftovers or something like a tub or cottage cheese. I enjoy coming dinner. I don't work out, but that needs to change, so... I guess that's one thing on your list I don't do.

Being human is overrated. I think. Heh

I just read and write super fast, I think.
