Did you ask about the possibility of diluting the amount of bitcoin in circulation?

That is the most important question for me. And frankly it should be for everyone. Because it's one thing to decide for yourself whether to trust an e-cash mint as your custodian. That's personal.

But it's another thing when those mints start minting more and more ecash tokens redeemable in bitcoin. That dilutes everyone's bitcoin. The hard cap is essential to Bitcoin as we all know.
