I've lost 30 lbs. and maintaining ~165 lbs, got off all meds and CPAP.

FYI - I am not a health guru or trying to sell anything - just want to help anyone trying to get healthy and explain in my experience what worked and what didn't.

Thanks. About the same age and now 1 month Carnivore/LCHF. Going well, still struggling with urge to graze through the day.

Grazing isn't terrible as long as it isn't carb/sugar snacks. I went through that phase and would eat beef jerky or some other low carb snack or coffee.

How you tried bulletproof coffee? Coffee, butter and heavy cream.

I added intermittent fasting a couple years ago and don't eat after dinner (around 5-5:30PM) until breakfast (10-11AM).

Some days are still hard but the results in my health keeps me going.

Funny you should mention BulletProof coffee. Have started having double espresso in the morning then gym and afterwards have another double espresso, some hot water, double cream and a splash of MCT oil. Does seem to keep me feeling full for a while. Snacking is easier when I am out of the house too, so just need to show some dedication I feel. Don't add the butter into the coffee yet!
