1. Make/establish a self custody wallet.

2. Create an invoice for that wallet for the amount you want to withdraw from your Alby wallet.

3. Use the Ably wallet to pay the invoice

4. Celebrate!

E.g. install Phoenix (on Android) and transfer the funds to your lightning address there.

This will cost you an on-chain fee, though.
