Hey Nostr,

I want to start a new challenge: The Bitcoin price lift challenge. Every week I will attempt a lift with the weight of the BTC/USD price. So If Bitcoin is at 100 K I have to lift 100 Kg, if Bitcoin is at 150 K I have to lift 150 Kg.

It will be interesting to see how long I can keep up with the rising Bitcoin price. Will I survive this cycle?

Please join me and post your lifts with a screenshot of the BTC price and the hashtag #BTClift . The first 10 people to post their lifts will get a fat zap.

Here are some rules:

1. No machines allowed, only free weight.

2. Full range of motion, I don't want to see half squats or rack pulls.

3. Have fun!

I like this challenge!

Thank you, todays lift was easy because the price dropped

Love it, any lift??

Yes, any lift. I'm hoping for some creativity.

I’m hoping for a bear market then 🤣🤣

Cheap sats are always welcomed 😅

save for tomorrow.

Sounds fun

God bless you if BTC spikes to over 300K

I hope that's far in the future. But you never know.

I had to convert kg to pounds to even understand how much of a zurcher squat that was. I might join you in about a month or two if BTC hasn’t gotten too high then. I’m recovering from a leg injury now.

Freedom units 🦅

Hoping for a speedy recovery 🙏 how did you injure it?

Not me, but basically the same injury and sport.

Oof, that's annoying. Guard jumps are so stupid. Why risk injuring your opponent / training partner for closed guard?

I hope you make a full recovery.

My opponent didnt guard jump really. I shot a single leg takedown. He sprawled. I had an underhook so I punched it high to squat up. My goal was to create space underneath to follow up with a duck under out the other side. He did a tani otoshi while I was still basically in a lunge position and squatting up. My knee collapsed underneath me in much the same way. The injury was the same, but he was NOT recklessly jump guarding. The issue is that the tani otoshi is safe when the opponent is on his knees or on his feet… but it is dangerous AF ANYWHERE in between.

Ah ok, I get it now. Still an unfortunate injury. But shit happens, there are always risks with falling bodyweigt.

I join the challenge with my beginner's ability. Tomorrow I promise that I will lift a load that will be equal to the instant price of Bitcoin. I hadn't seen that you have lifted several loads since I saw only 10 kg. It's now I went back to watch the video. It was fun. 😉✨

Hey, sorry I missed your note. I did not see it in my feed for some reason. I'm glad you're joining the challenge. If you can lift the Bitcoin price I will send you a bigger zap. It can be any lift.

I'm in. Let's lift weights to push Bitcoin to new heights. Thanks for starting this challenge.
