Bruh what are they planning where they are testing this kind of system 
Trump did it in 2018 too. I don't generally care. We had emergency broadcast alerts on TV and the radio growing up. This is just upgrading the process.
It just seems like a slippery slope when the government can make an emergency whenever they see fit by sending an alert to everyoneâs phone.
We've been getting them on our radio and TV's. We now have the option to opt out. Before you had to turn off the device to opt out.
Just got this too⊠what if I donât want them to reach me in case of an emergency?
Then disable the option in your phone settings.
On iPhone there is an option for âTest Alertsâ that is disabled by default. Yet we still got the alert. So now we know that option is useless since the govt wonât even use it appropriately.
