Currently if I don’t have a protein rich breakfast in the morning I feel hungry.

I find that a big bowl of fruit, plus lots of remineralized and salted water, and honey does a great job of filling me up, from their I’ll ‘graze’ until around 10 and give my body some time to digest before my first protein meal of the day at 11-12ish

Thanks! I'd be interested in doing that. I have just been plateaued at 195 since April and want to get to 180 before the Thanksgiving feasts. Keto got me from 225 to 195, but then I leveled off, and then started adding carbs back in. Totally a case of losing focus on my part.
