I do believe some agencies are in on this thought. Thinking of the heavily funded secular music industry itself - much of the music tones as well as text references, nuances, and isms. In regards to frequencies and vibrations, I think it’s a ‘bring them down and keep them down’, intentionally so.

I actually believe it as well. But regardless of the belief, the message remains. If they could do it, they would. Keeping us isolated and distrusting of one another makes us easy targets to control and manipulate.

So… food for thought… harmonic frequencies are healing for the body… it balances us…
They are already aware of how to use sonic weaponry..
These, I’m sure, are somewhat shifted to align to media attention, however… it’s nothing we don’t already know… the government has satellites in the stratosphere projecting sonic dissonance.. it gets so much deeper than that though…
This is yet another reason why aligning to love, balancing frequencies is so important. When you’re vibrating at these higher frequencies, it’s impossible for these lower frequencies to affect you. 
None of it would surprise me.

The day that Einstein discovered E- MC2 (which obviously led to nuclear bombs) was the day that govts realized (and probably well before that, actually) they need the top scientists in the world working for them so that any discoveries in regards to our understanding of reality could be twisted and bent to serve them. Nothing is off the table imo and absolutely nothing would surprise me.
Comparable to Oppenheimer and the atomic bomb.
