Skip breakfast/lunch.
Eat like a king for suppa - 20oz steak, garlic bread, onions & peppers & a little desert if you’re so inclined.
Do the math. You save money & get the added benefit of not dying young. Bonus.
Wholesome food = fuller faster/longer, and over time I notice portion sizes decreasing.
