This is the correct view. Going further into debt to buy BTC is the dumbest idea ever for a nation state. This will only hurt more people who cannot acquire ebbed the smallest stack of sats, and you are deluded if you think everyone will have a stack in the future.

I have a hard time seeing any meaningful way that it would. We are trying to fight all of the most powerful govts in the world at the same time, I don't think there is a risk free way to do that.
