You can do it. Make it a 30-day challenge. Prepare meals for 4 days and then for 3 days. That way you'll have delicious, healthy food all week. Remove all the junk food from your house.
Do simple things: Boil potatoes and make scalloped potatoes one day, make a salad with the leftover potatoes and mashed potatoes the next day, etc. Prepare jars of snacks for the whole week. Like nuts and dates. Preparation helps so much.
Or make yourself a big smoothie in the morning with banana and vanilla, natural protein powder, soaked nuts, matcha or frozen berries.
