The average size is probably very small
This answers that simple things are more adopted. Few people enjoy learning or having to go to college to use certain features. They just want to use it and that's it. Many use the dollar and few of them know the history of the dollar, in the end it doesn't matter but the use. A coin sitting unused will lose value.
