We basically need an njump-style client, like nostr:npub180cvv07tjdrrgpa0j7j7tmnyl2yr6yr7l8j4s3evf6u64th6gkwsyjh6w6 built, specialized in browsing long-form (wikis, articles, and modular/books). Stuff that stays relatively static and takes a while to read.

And it should allow for highlights.

We'd want an HTTP endpoint that renders the events as webpages, and maybe another one that creates a browsable feed that e-readers can use.

Bonus points if it's written as a library or plugin or something so anyone can run it on any server.

Relay servers should have HTTP surfaces for compatibility with other web technologies around these sorts of solutions. Interoperability.
