Awesome, congrats on the energy improvments.

I imagine this must be a very individual thing though. I do great getting most of my calories from simple sugars, it's starch that bothers my gut.

i had an instinct for it for years... i mean, the supply of it disappeared, probably for reasons, but there was an ultra dry hard cider in australia called Strongbow White - made me feel like a million bux, and now, seeing that the sugar is key to the improved insulin response - dry alcohol is actually anti-diabetic - when they changed the recipe i was so sad, i was like, what the fuck this is girly shit lol

the best source of sugar is FAT

the best fat is BEEF - greasy, marbly beef

it improves your complexion too

I assure you that is not true for everyone.

Sugar is a very good source of calories if your electron transport chain is working optimally.
