finally correlating the brain problems with the sugar levels is opening up a huge amount of my energy
i have always had a bad reaction to sugars
just thought it was the proteins for the longest time
they don't help, but they aren't the problem
my body used to go apeshit trying to eliminate it and the result was constant sweating
shouldn't really be surprising that eventually all that stress and oxidation has caused a generalised failure of carbohydrate metabolism
not only is it about my body's energy regulation system, i suspect that the other common factor in this is that all the toxic bacteria and fungi are indiscriminately fed by those types of "fermentable" sugars and in complex chains of relationship with each other - in some cases it can be partial metabolism with side products that feed other things that are even more toxic, ketones, aldehydes, polymers, thus increasing their proportional volume of microflora populations
