finally correlating the brain problems with the sugar levels is opening up a huge amount of my energy

i have always had a bad reaction to sugars

just thought it was the proteins for the longest time

they don't help, but they aren't the problem

my body used to go apeshit trying to eliminate it and the result was constant sweating

shouldn't really be surprising that eventually all that stress and oxidation has caused a generalised failure of carbohydrate metabolism

not only is it about my body's energy regulation system, i suspect that the other common factor in this is that all the toxic bacteria and fungi are indiscriminately fed by those types of "fermentable" sugars and in complex chains of relationship with each other - in some cases it can be partial metabolism with side products that feed other things that are even more toxic, ketones, aldehydes, polymers, thus increasing their proportional volume of microflora populations

sugar is death

Awesome, congrats on the energy improvments.

I imagine this must be a very individual thing though. I do great getting most of my calories from simple sugars, it's starch that bothers my gut.
