I have a family member over for a few days, and we made 27000 steps today.

I could have skipped my excercises for today with plenty of excuses.

But I just finished it now!

I keep myself to my new habbits started last week of

1️⃣ 30 minutes of walk every day, and

2️⃣ excercise every week day.

No excuses Nostriches! LFG! 🔥🔥🔥

I am doing Convict Conditioning at the moment. I like body-weight workout really much, because I usually carry my body with me, and nothing else is necessary to do it, so I can do it basically anywhere.

That's great! I read that one a few years ago. Good starting off point until you figure out what works best for you!

I stick to mostly bodyweight as well.

I highly recommend some gymnastics rings and and a pull-up bar!
