I don’t rush anything. Nothing worthwhile and of value happened in a rush.

Mindfulness is also one. A constant self awareness of actions, thoughts, feelings and emotions and being able to know when and what the limit is.

I don’t think there’s a formula. Just be in the moment and aware of yourself.

i've become a lot more stoic in the last part of the year, pivoted my attention towards things i have control over, while not having my feelings rely on the external.

it's an interesting take on the rush thing. sometimes that sudden panic brings out things that you didn't know you were capable of, but i think the rush you're talking here, is to just have low time preference, and act with that in mind

are there any interesting books that you've read that have made you come to that point regarding mindfulness?

I think my experiences led me to become stoicism without knowing it until someone close to me told me so.
