getting there. I lapsed pretty hard but im back on the path and training 5 times a week.
If possible I would also like to hear from the people who feel they are not fit.
If so what do you think is holding you back?
I don’t consider myself super fit but I do try to lead an active lifestyle and eat well. I’m in a much better place than I was 3-4 years ago and I still aim to improve my fitness further but it is challenging at times to undo bad lifestyle choices from the past.
What's the toughest part to undo for you so far?
Where do you think you need improvement?
I think fixing my diet of a lot of processed food, sugar, bread etc has been the most challenging part and it is hard not to fall back into old habits.
As far as improvement, right now it is just needing to be more consistent again which will probably lead to other benefits.
Body weight squats with your heels lifted to failure; you can do them at home / anywhere!
LFG!
Always kept in shape, but taking it much more seriously in my 40s.
Some of my IRL friends have obesity, joint problems, diabetes and high blood pressure already, aging like a candle in the summer sun.
Cooking real food and exercising soaks a lot of time, yes, but you get it back with interest.
Health should be part of everyone's investment portfolio.
