When you stream to zap stream's server you are available everywhere Nostr livestreams are shown.
Basic tier is free, or if you want a recording so you can watch the replay, choose good or best tier.
So I choose the tier via your app or zap.stream
Via shosho. 
For me, the video only saves if best quality is chisen. Using the basic and better modes wont allow replays after the stream ends.

Hey, last bit of feedback. It would be super cool if I could see how many people are watching the stream while I stream.. just a thought. When no one's chatting it would be nice to no if anyone is there at all.
That's normal on zap stream. If you stream on the basic plan it won't save your stream. That's why many streamers chose to stream on the higher plan so it saves their stream. It's not shosho's fault.

If you streamed using the plan that saves the stream then yes anyone on zap stream can go to your profile and re-watch your stream, the can even zap it but can't comment anymore.
Even guests not registered to zap stream can go to your profile and re-watch it and zap it.
If you stream on the basic plan, it won't save your stream but people can click on your past stream and see the comments and zap. Just when they click play they won't be able to play the stream because it doesn't save the stream.
I know there is 3 plans. Basic, Good and Best.
I don't know if Good saves your stream or not. I just know basic doesn't and best does.
