Do yourself a favor and learn the difference between criticizing, personal choices, and forcing people to do things.
Sure, mine was just a simple question though, I'm not trying to imply anything. If you have any sources you can point me towards I'd be happy to learn more on why Bitcoin treasury companies are ideally to be banned
In a free market, nothing is banned.
Using Bitcoin as your treasury is a good idea.
Using Bitcoin Treasury Companies as a way to gain more fiat, to buy more Bitcoin with it, feels kind of alt-seasony.

Why do you equate criticism with a request for banning?
"Ideally to be banned" means that if you were emperor of the universe you would not allow their existence, was not meant literally.
The whole point for me is to understand the nature of your criticism, and again I have a neutral stance towards these companies.
So basically:
- why are treasury companies on the whole bad for Bitcoin?
- are treasury companies bad in general or is it something about how they currently operate that is not desirable? (i.e. the nature of their reserves is opaque etc etc)
