74% of the 325 autopsy cases which listed Covid 19 vaccination as an antecedent exposure, upon review, were found to have directly or significantly contributed to the death according to the reviewers in this paper. The average age of the deaths were 70 years old. The mean time from vaccination to death was 14.3 days, with the majority occurring within 7 days.
