The thing I dislike the most about both #Flutter and #Rust is that they move way to fast. There is always a imbalance between package versions and language versions and it always seems your tweaking to keep things going.

That's an interesting statement. So far, I never heard that something is too fast to Flutter 😉. The last thing I heard is that it is too slow so they created a "new Flutter".

I believe the real issue is more that the package maintainer do not really care about "the next version", else they could already work against Beta and Master channels. And this usually leads to issues during the release.

What would you suggest how that could be improved?

I think you may be on to something that it is more package maintainers not keeping up the pace with the language. But there needs to be a little stability. I feel languages should do like an LTS release model where a certain version stays still and gets security fixes for couple years, while there is another that keeps gaining features.. and every couple years you just upgrade, instead of every few months, or bi-annually.
