I’ve gotten to the point that I ask those poor souls if (a) they see tips in their paycheck and (b) how it’s allocated.

Tipping culture is a scam as I see it. Shouldn't the boss just pay decent and people just work? Or do we have to incentivise good behaviour /service always and trear adults like kids???
