My only question is what temp is it at when you fill those containers?

Law says 180, mine is boiled (219 for maple), filtered hot and bottled above 200. These are sugarhill jugs. A little more expensive, they say they have special lining. I do mason jars on request but it is time conduming and there is lead time. I just dont have time.

I have them upon request in mason jars. There is just more lead time and it is a bit time-consuming. I have to wait till the next time I bottle so it goes straight from stainless to glass.
