Did you contact the devs ?
When I played on there before I lost sats from doing something similar. I retried with more new fresh sats I put in and figured out their method of retrieval. I also wonder when a bot plays at the table, if the bot can see my hands. Another words I am not super convinced of its fairness, or security measures. I have no idea who the devs are so no offense to them.
you should email support and get those sats back. no sat will be left behind!
