Yes it is that was my rent in the early 2000
Just looked in Montréal i could rent a really nice airbnb for 1450$ (canadian***).
There's no way 1650$ is the cheapest around. Maybe it would be good advice to start looking for a cheaper rent.
Keep it real my car payment 1450 🤣 not proud tho FYI
