I’m so confused about the Beef Tallow hype. Is this just a US thing?

I mean, I’ve been using Britannia Finest Beef Dripping - £1.25/250g - all my life. It’s great and I don’t understand why people are paying 5-10x more for Tallow.

Is this just a UK thing? Because the vast majority of our beef is grass fed (grain finished) anyway?

The value is there, but the hype is strong right now. So people are wanting more tallow now that it has become a trendy thing.
