I don't think any amount of alcohol is good for you.
A single drink is verifiably bad for you.
Cut your alcohol consumption by 99%.
Cut your hard liquor consumption by 100%.
If you do drink for a cheers or to blow off some steam,
only drink natural wine with no added sulfites,
Or, Microbrewed craft beer.
I heard alcohol described as an “electron thief” - don’t really know what that means but I’m digging
