Not sure if this is a rad fitness flex or if I should see a doctor

I’ve chilled out with endurance training (no session longer than 2 hours) over the past month and my heart rate at rest is still in the thirties 👀

Any Nostriches who do a lot of running rowing or cycling is your resting hr *this* low?

Yes, I sometimes have a similar heart rate because I run a lot. However, my resting heart rate is currently more in the fourties. You can check it by a doctor but as long as you feel good you can also rely on that. 🫡

It is a rad fitness flex…

If you meditate it might go even lower ☺️

In my early thirties which I look back as my prime, while endurance training the lowest I got was 50. Maybe get checked out.

Looks like your heart’s on permanent chill mode 😌 Just make sure it’s not ghosting you when you sprint 😂

All that Ironman training and your body has become very efficient at delivering and utilizing oxygen. If you trained in elevation even more so. If you’re getting dizzy go see the doc.

Fat and overweight I was around 65 resting. Started lots of zone 2 running. 2 years later, 70lbs down, resting heart rate is usually between 42-46 now. Was just recently sick for the first time in 15 years and it spiked up to 65. Crazy how the body works.

I considered myself a fairly fit and healthy individual until reading this note 🫠

Hahahaha

This is me today. But I am not an athlete.

Is this endurance training what dropped your heart rate?

30s is insane. I think the lowest I've had was 50s. I'm a runner, 2 miles/day
