I think you might be too immersed in a certain type of culture to realize how hard it can be to understand for an outsider. I managed to find the web page(s?) that you are talking about, but I feel like I missed a lot of information and context.

I thought you were like, an adult dude, but the pages seem to imply you are a kid with weird gender identity problems. Is your mental illness that you are gay? Because if so I can only offer my condolances for your heavy burden; homosexuality is way worse than being a pedo or something.

Definitely.

There was the actual statement (which Rentry took down in less than ten minutes) and an accompanying Q&A, which I updated with an archived link to a PDF version of the former.

Hoping that narrows things down greatly for you.

Sorry, I don't know how I would find that. There are a limitless number of Rentry URLs that contain Lain, many of them in use by people who aren't you. (I've found nearly a dozen.) I don't know how to find a Q&A accompanyment to a statement that was taken down. You could DM me if you want to. I'm pretty sure Nostr DMs can be encrypted.

I got it. Boy that is LONG! I think it answered my basic questions, but I think now is not a good time to try to address it. Also, you probably would prefer to talk about this in DMs instead of in public. Is that right?
